* Wild Financial AI Assistant

Let Wild
loose on your books.

Wild does the bits no accounting app does. It actually rings the customer who hasn't paid. It drafts the quote from your voice note in the truck. It logs the receipt while you drive home. Runs through WhatsApp. Built by Aussies, for sole traders.

A real invoice. 12 seconds. Six steps.

Watch Wild send an invoice from a voice note.

Just talk.

No app, no form, no logging in. Press the WhatsApp mic and say what you'd say to your bookkeeper.

Transcribed automatically. You never type if you don't want to.

2
Wild remembers.

Knew Sarah's $95/hr from her last invoice. Caught it on the third one and locks it in.

Wild WhatsApp Xero

Xero stores it. Wild does it.

Xero is your filing cabinet.
Wild is the bloke who picks up the phone.

Accounting software has been making spreadsheets nicer for twenty years. Useful, but it still waits for you to log in. Wild doesn't wait. It actually talks to your customers, makes the calls, sends the follow-ups, and acts while you're on the tools. Xero handles the books behind it.

  • Invoice 1 day overdue? Wild rings the customer in your business name, gets a payment date, texts them a confirmation. Xero just sits there with a red flag.
  • Quoting on the drive home? Voice-note Wild, it drafts the quote, sends it, and follows up if the customer goes quiet. Xero asks you to open a form.
  • Receipt in the cup holder? Snap it, send it. Wild reads it, codes it, attaches it to the right job. No dashboard, no "drag here", no upload screen.
  • Customer asks where you are? Tell Wild you're 20 minutes out, it texts them on your behalf, branded clearly as Wild Financial so they know it's automated, with your business name and a callback number for replies.
  • BAS quarter looming? Wild has been quietly tallying it. Ask "how much GST do I owe?" and get an answer in seconds. No accountant call required.

Everything Wild does posts back to Xero automatically. Your accountant logs in like normal. They just won't recognise the books, in a good way.

The three things eating your week

Late payers. Slow quotes. Sundays at the desk.

Wild handles all three while you're on the tools.

  1. 27days

    Average wait past due.

Chasing's awkward, you don't have time, and you'd rather just do the next job.

Wild rings them, day 1 overdue. In your business name. You don't lift the phone.

  2. 62%

Jobs go to whoever quotes first.

By Saturday morning, the customer's already called three other tradies.

Voice-note Wild from the ute. Quote in Ben's inbox before you're home.

  3. 8hr/wk

    Spent on admin and BAS.

A whole day a week on the part of the job nobody signs up for.

Receipt at the register, photo in WhatsApp, done. Posted to Xero, attached to the job.

    Send whatever you've got.

A blurry photo. A voice note. A two-word question. Wild figures out what it is and asks if it's missed something.

Wild does the work, syncs to Xero, and texts you back what it did. You don't open an app to check.

What Wild does

A bookkeeper, an accountant's assistant, and a stock clerk. For the price of a Bunnings run.

Tap any tile to see how the conversation actually goes.

The two of us, somewhere muddy, a long time ago.

Tough Mudder, a few years back. Same two blokes, mostly.

Our story

Two mates. Forty years. One ute full of receipts.

We grew up next door to each other in Greensborough, north-east Melbourne. Played in the same backyard, went to the same schools.

One of us went into trades. Landscaping, building, the lot. The other ended up in computers. The plan was always to do something together. We just didn't know what.

Then one Saturday, the computer one got into the tradie one's car to head to a job and there were receipts everywhere. Glovebox, centre console, sun visor. Bunnings dockets in the cup holder. That was the moment.

Wild is built by people who've actually done the work, and people who know how to make computers do the boring bits. We answer the phone ourselves. We're not a US tech giant. We're not going to sell your data. We're two blokes in Victoria trying to make this easier for blokes like us.

The two of us.

100% Australian owned and operated. Built by Aussies, for Aussies. From a kitchen table, not a boardroom.

Things blokes ask us

Sensible questions, straight answers.

Do I need to download an app?

Nope. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use Wild. Save our number, send us stuff, get answers back. No app to download, no dashboard to log into. Everything posts straight to your Xero so your accountant sees it there.

Is my data actually safe?

Wild doesn't store your data. Your invoices, expenses, contacts and books all live in your Xero account. Wild reads and writes through Xero. We don't sell anything, we don't train models on it, we don't have a copy sitting on a server somewhere. If you cancel, you walk away with everything still in Xero.

What if Wild gets something wrong?

It'll ask first when it's not sure. ("Couldn't read the date. Is that 14/03 or 14/05?") If it does mess something up after the fact, text "undo" and the last action reverses. Nothing's set in stone until you say so.

I already use Xero. Will it conflict?

Wild sits in front of Xero, not next to it. Connect once and every invoice, expense, and contact syncs through. Your accountant still logs into Xero like normal. They'll just notice the books are tidier.

Who's behind this? Some VC-funded US startup?

Two mates from Greensborough. One built it, one tests it on real jobs. No investors. No board. We answer the support number ourselves. (See our story.)

What if I'm not great with tech?

That's the whole point. Wild was tested by a tradie who still uses paper receipts. If you can send a photo by text, you can run your business with this.
